Art and Literature

Today we looked at some great art work related to our theme of risks and consequences.  In Hokusai's famous print above, the fisherman looks like he might fall in the water.

Homework today:
     1.  Spelling:  write sentences for the next five spelling words:  midday, claim, sailed, brave, plains.
     2.  Spelling:  Take a practice test.  Copy misspelled words correctly three times each.
     3.  Math:  p. 31.
     4.  Get parent initials.
